This recruitment is for Apprenticeship roles, not permanent jobs. It’s an opportunity for graduates to work in the bank for 1 year and learn banking operations. A total of 4,500 vacancies are open across India.

3. ✅ Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply for this post:

  • Education: Must have completed graduation in any subject from a recognized university.

  • Age Limit: You must be between 20 and 28 years as of 31 May 2025. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per govt norms.

  • NATS Registration: You must be registered on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/) to be eligible.

4. ๐Ÿ’ณ Application Fees

The application fee varies by category:

5. ๐Ÿง  Selection Process

The selection is done in three stages:

  1. Online Written Exam – 100 questions, 100 marks, multiple-choice format.

  2. Local Language Test – To check your proficiency in the regional language of the state you're applying to.

  3. Document Verification – After clearing the exam and language test.

There’s no interview for this recruitment.

6. ๐Ÿ“ Exam Pattern

The online exam will test your general and basic banking knowledge:

7. ๐Ÿ’ผ Job Role & Stipend

This is not a permanent job, but a learning opportunity:

  • Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000

  • Work: Hands-on training in banking operations at your assigned branch

  • No allowances or promotions, as it's an apprentice role

After the 1-year period, apprentices are not guaranteed a job, but they may apply for future regular recruitment with experience.
